Be original; Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken! At times we sacrifice our own goals and objectives for someone else, but do not reap the benefits. As women we have to be able to stand, STAND on our TWO FEET.... Stand strong, be firm, and follow our goals! Thinking about it is not enough... Thoughts are a figment of our imagination, but a goal is turning PLANS INTO REALITY!

Just know if you’re thinking about your goals, and not transitioning them to reality, someone is two steps ahead of you making it happen! Don't continue to be an overcast, be a shining star, and shine bright, BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND!

I challenge you today to not only think, but PLAN! Create GOALS both short and long term!

2. Make a plan

2. Identify obstacles

4. Execute it

Remember you are what you daily do, so be BE ONE OF A KIND!

 Mary J. Blige says it best, we must first know who we are and not only embrace it, but understand our imperfections, flaws and all. Life has its battles, but it is up to us as woman to not only except ourselves as we are, but uplift others as well. We find that woman desire to make it on the cover of magazines, rather than the front of the classroom…. Today is the day our young woman should break boundaries, live above the stereotype, and consciously be ok with WHO YOU ARE!
